Description:
Straight Tube, Fixed-tubesheet. All fluid contact parts of 316 stainless steel. Heat transfer surfaces ranging from 1.2 to 576 square feet with 1, 2 or 4 pass options.
Delivery: Typically One (1) week
Applications: For heating or cooling corrosive fluids in chemical, pharmaceutical or refining processes.
Ordering Guidelines:
Select Size:
(a) First two digits indicate shell diameter.
(b) Next three digits indicate tube length, in inches.
Select Tubeside Passes:
Select the number of passes on tubeside (1,2 or 4)
Select Baffle Spacing:
"O" (Narrow) baffle spacing used when shellside fluid is viscous and/or heat transfer coefficient is low. (i.e. oil)
"W" (Wide) baffle spacing used when shellside flow is less viscous and/or heat transfer coefficient is high. (i.e. water)
