Description:
Straight Tube, Fixed-tubesheet, 1,2 and 4 pass options, covering areas as large as 124 square feet.
Delivery: Typically One (1) week
Materials: Brass shell, Copper tubes, Cast Iron Bonnets, zinc anodes.
Applications: To heat or cool water or lube oil; condense steam. Use for auxiliary machinery, turbines, engines, compressors and lasers. Excellent choice for pilot plants.
0rdering Guidelines:
Select Size:
(a) First two digits indicate shell diameter.
(b) Next three digits indicate tube length, in inches.
Select Tubeside Passes:
Select the number of passes on tubeside (1, 2 or 4)
Select Baffle Spacing:
"O" (Narrow) baffle spacing used when shell side fluid is viscous and/or heat transfer coefficient is low. (i.e. oil)
"W" (Wide) baffle spacing used when shell side flow is less viscous and/or heat transfer coefficient is high.(i.e. water)
